1. Made-to-Order Merchandise
All items sold by Send It Collective are made to order through print-on-demand partners. Each product is created specifically for your order once it is placed.
Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept general returns or exchanges.
2. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse

Design preference changes

Minor color or placement variations

Orders placed incorrectly

Shipping delays caused by carriers
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.
To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Include clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be issued at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Issues
Send It Collective is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
If an item qualifies as defective, it will be replaced with the same item and design.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after placement.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
