As a result:

Items are created specifically per order

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because items are made to order:

All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Approved replacements will be issued at our discretion.
